I love the cookie name too! That looks fantastic, especially for a birthday cake. Great, now in addition to my cake baking obsession I'm going to want to try making fancy cookies too.

They kind of do and they kind of dont, but either way I really like how they did the name. I think you could achieve that effect with cookies and icing or fondant or even still GP. I am going to have to remember that...

What I am not crazy about is the top. If you look closely the heart almost looks like its running or bleeding, hahaha, down the very top of the cake. I also am not crazy about the size/shape of that top tier. It just looks out of place.
