I have a request for pineapple upside down and cheese cake for a wedding.

If I made nice thick layers, how many serving would I get for a 14" 12" 10" and 8"?

I'm not sure yet if she wants smaller wedding slice servings or regular party serving because it is a big hog roast party.
Anyone have a link for both?
Thanks,

(you can also stack 2 cakes together and frost to make a traditional looking tier)

I was afraid that pineapple up side down would not hold up to stacking. Cheese cake can? Would you leave the crust inbetween the layers?

I have stacked both, just needs a little buttercream in between to stick em together. Sometimes I do a cheesecake crust for both layers, sometimes just for the one that will go on the bottom, sometimes none at all.
