Any tips on drying fondant in this humidity. My pieces were starting to harden but when i shut off the air conditioner they all got soft again. Any input. Thanks, Pat

I always put mine on a table under a ceiling fan......once they dry, I then put a deep pan or bowl on top of them to keep them "dry".........granted I haven't had to work a whole lot in a humid area (I live in West Texas) but there have been a few rainy days where I have been working w/ fondant.......I would suggest keeping your A/C on.....although I know that can be expensive!
