Has anyone worked the Pastillage sugar dough I just made a batch and was wondering how long it takes to setting up and what kind of information anyone may have on working with this the pros and cons.?
It should dry very fast. rolled thin it can be very fragile. rolled thick, quite strong, but it takes a while to dry all the way through. It can be treated like gumpaste, airbrushed, whatever.
