This was the one I was sent this morning. It is called Breakfast At Tiffany's. I have no idea who made it.

You go to google and create a homepage. Go to "add stuff" and then type in "cakes". There are some cake games and stuff, but there is a cake of the day also.

It is actually cake of the minute because everytime I go into the page it has changed.

Sorry if this is dumb - but how do you just "go to google and create a homepage"? Do you set google as your home page? Or do you actually create your own page?

Sorry..Go to google.com. Click on igoogle. There will be an option top right of the screen that says "add stuff". Careful...it can be addicting.

I just poked around a little (I'm at work). Potential to be as addicting as CC! Great stuff! You can add "wedding cake of the day" and "beautiful cake of the day"...something like that. Thanks for the tip!!

How WONDERFUL!!!

Now, how do I save the page I created and set it as my homepage? I tried doing that from my Firefox browser's options, but when I closed it and opened it again, it reverted back to the regular igoogle homepage without the various things I put on it....although it did keep me signed into my google account.

Help! I want this to be set as my homepage whenever I open Firefox! Thanks!

double check you were still signed in.

and here's another fun tip for FireFox ONLY (sorry IE users,won't work for you!) and iGoogle.

create link to iGoogle in your LINKS Bar.

now right click on that link and choose PROPERTIES

click option box LOAD THIS BOOKMARK IN SIDEBAR.

click SAVE CHANGES

now click on the link in the Links bar and watch what happens.

How cool is that.

advice: set igoogle page to 1 column wide, add extra tabs to sort stuff (all tabs at 1 column wide) and be able to switch easily between all the stuff.
you can drag stuff off the main page onto a tab to arrange -- don't even need to open the new tab.

one gadget I like >>> Remember the Milk look for it.
