Hey everyone! I'm getting closer to the opening of my new shop and I have to make a decision by Monday. I have it narrowed down to 2 ovens and was hoping that maybe some of you might be able to offer your opinion.

It's between a Sunfire Electric Convection oven or an Anvil Electric Convection oven. I won't tell you which one because I want honest opinions but I would be able to get one of them brand new for $1000 less than the other. Now, I don't really care about spending the money if it is indeed the better oven and not just because of the name. I've managed to buy pretty much everything used but I am planning on buying the oven new because I want a warranty so now comes my dilemma - which one to choose?

Any users out there who could comment on how you like your Sunfire or Anvil oven? Any feedback would be appreciated...Thanks everyone!
