I will be starting a spiderman bust today and I am at a loss on how to do the servings. This customer needs 75 servings. That would be one huge spiderman! How should I go about making this? Should I just cave and make a smaller one on top of a sheet cake?

I would place the bust on top of a sheet cake or just have a sheet cake seperate (lik a kitchen cake). Or waht about cupcakes that are just iced with red and or black swirls of icing (no fuss decorating)

I would do the bust and then as LetThereBeCake said add some red and or black cupcakes you could even add some simple spider webs to the top of them HTH
