What type of chocolate is used for tuxedo strawberries?

there was just a post about this a minute ago.. must be the season!!!
You can use tempered chocolate, chocolate bark or candy melts. I think some use choc chips but they just don't work for me.. different consistency...
make sure your strawberries are dry and there is no water or your chocolate will seize up

For special occasions you can inject them with Champagne..
