Hi there-- I have made 3 of these- see my attachment. I made 2 at the same time and I think it cost me about $50 for both- because I had to buy the styrofoam and cake boards. The cool thing is now I just keep changing the material, ribbon and paper on stand and now each time I only costs about $10. And they are custom the event I am doing. They only hold about 25 cupcakes though. If you added one more tier on the bottom it could add another 20 probably.
