I've been using suagarshacks recipe which I LOVE LOVE LOVE, I measure exactly every time, my water is boiling hot when I mix the creamer, however sometimes it comes out gritty, what the heck am I doing wrong and how do I prevent this??? please!!

I know that sometimes different brands of powdered sugar leave a gritty feeling. I think sometimes the cheaper brands aren't as smooth feeling.
