Could someone, pretty please, with sugar sprinkles on top, explain to me how to make a stinking fish cake??!!??

I have tried, with no luck, and I really want to learn how to do this.

I'm not sure what a stinky fish cake is, but you can look and see if the fish in my pictures smells.
