A stencil is a pattern cut out of plastic. There are many available at the website culinarystencils.comDepending on the icing, you can transfer the pattern using petal dusts, royal icing, buttercream, powdered sugar, and airbrushing, and more.
thank you so much JoannB. Someone recently told me about this website and ever since I've been the happiest person alive, Thank you so much!!
