I am making a cake covered in Rich's Bettercream. I will refrigerate it overnight until I deliver it. The question is one time I left cupcakes uncovered with Rich's and they got kinda hardish on top. Do I need to somehow cover this two tier cake?

The icing will 'firm up' a bit, no matter what. However, if you can cover it, it will protect it from any odors or accidents.
