Flower Pot Shaped Cake??

I'm wondering how to make a cake that is shaped kind of like a flower pot (or smaller on the bottom and bigger at the top)?? There is a picture on Colette Peter's website that I am referring to.

I had seen the article but was just looking at it more closely.
Some of the pictures are on top of the instructions!
