and why? im kinda weird, i like eating spoonfuls of buttercream out of the bowl but when it's on the cake i scrape it off of my piece. I have to admit I've never tried any meringue buttercream. do you have any weird icing habits? icon_confused.gif

Maybe more people like buttercream because that is what most of us grew up on, and that is what we think cake is supposed to taste like.
