But I just finishded a cake I am very excited about. It is my first 2 tier opened present cake that stayed together! I guess I have finally learned enough from my past experiences with this style to have it not topple over! What is even better is that I got the order (from one of my loyal customers that I have kept after closing my cake business) on Wednesday for Thursday late afternoon, so it was a rush job.

i love the colours!! how do you do the open box/lid with "tissue paper"? are the dowels hidden in there and is the top part on a cake board? are there instructions somewhere? thx
