Hi all - my sister is getting married in September in Excelsior Springs, MO (about 20 minutes outside of Kansas City). Just wondering if anyone out there is from that area & could get me some pics of samples that you have done & pricing. She's looking at about 100 people. I can't do it because of being so far away & not having the time.

Just in case you don't get a lot of response to this post, you might try doing a Google search or just check The Knot for cake makers in the Kansas City area. I checked The Knot, and they had several listings. It looked like the average on most started at about $2.50/slice. One had some budget bride options for $1.95/slice (I think...I don't have it in front of me right now), and one or two had a starting price of $3.50/slice. Good luck and best wishes to your sister!
