How many will a 10" square 3 layer, torted and filled cake serve? I'm thinking 20 at the most??? This is for an office birthday.

It will give you 30 party servings... here is the chart I like, but most people use Wilton's or Earlene's

Squares are the easiest to figure out how many servings.

Standard Wedding servings are 1 X 2 X height, therefore 10 X 5 = 50 servings.

Standard party servings are 1.5 X 2 X height, therefore 6 X 5 = 30 servings.

Non-standard, 2 x 2 servings, would be 5 X 5 = 25 servings.

If you only want to provide 20 servings, then you can make less cake.
