Hi here is the recipe from Lindy Smith. I have made it and its easy and Yummy too. ![]()
INGREDIENTS:-
115g (4 oz) White Chocolate
115g (4oz) Unsalted (sweet) butter
225g (8oz) powdered Sugar
METHOD:-
Melt the chcoclate in a bowl over hot water and leave to cool slightly. Soften the butter and beat in the sugar, and then beat in the chocolate.
