Anyone else have this problem?

When a three tiered cake is really needed to balance the design but that is more cake than what is called for or three tiers is too fancy for the occasion...

And for that reason I have an extensive chart that has serving sizes listed (for me - not to overwhelm the customer) for 2, 3, and 4" heights and all diameters. You can even go up to a 5 or 6" height. With all of those options, you can easily find an all-around solution.
