What kind of glaze would you put on a strawberry pound cake? I don't think I've seen strawberry flavoring unless I've just overlooked it.

I've been able to find McCormack's strawberry extract in my local super market (in the spice or baking aisles).

However, any cake decorating store should carry this basic flavor.

(FYI, most internet decorating sites will also carry strawberry extract or flavoring.)
