I've been able to find McCormack's strawberry extract in my local super market (in the spice or baking aisles).
However, any cake decorating store should carry this basic flavor. 
If you could use a larger quantity, National Flavors has good products at very reasonable prices:

(FYI, most internet decorating sites will also carry strawberry extract or flavoring.)
