Okay, I got over-zealous and doubled my batch of fondant. Can I freeze it?

I freeze my fondant the time. It's the regular fondant, not the MMF. I really don't know if MMF will freeze, but I can't see why not. Just be sure to let any of it come to room temperature on it's own (don't nuke it) before using it.

Thanks, It's "Michelle Foster's Delicious Fondant", I'll divide it up into pounds and freeze it.
