I wouldn't throw it all out, but maybe you could make another single batch without salt and mix them together.
Make sure you are mixing the salt with water before you add it to your buttercream... That will help..
This is great advice, wish I could remember to do it everytime....you don't know how many batches of buttercream I have 86'd.....I'm not the most patient person with my own screw ups! ![]()
