I recently decided to scale back on my cake decorating business. Several people have told me I need to start offering classes or create informationals and how to videos. I think I want to start making some informationals and videos. I don't have a clue where to begin. If you have any experience in this or just have an opinion I would love your advice. I think I want the first few ones to be on figure sculpting, topsy turvy cakes, and chocolate wraps. What do you think?
