Refridgerating Colored Mmf

After you make your colored MMF, can it be put in the fridge?

If the cake needs to be refrigerated, the fondant can go in the fridge, but, you have to guard against condensation. If the room is hot when you take the cake out of the fridge, it can sweat.

Make sure the room is cool, and you can put a small fan blowing on the fondant to dry it quickly.

Yes MMF tends to sweat when refidgerated and get real sticky.

A fan would work well, never tried it though. Also the MMF never really gets hard like regular Fondant. I've heard you can add Gumpaste to stiffen it up.
