A 4" tall 12x18 yields 108 wedding servings, and 72 party servings...
according to my servings: 60 servings for a 2" tall 12x18
are you planning to use only a sheet cake or are you using a cross pan w/ a sheet cake underneath?

Forming a cross from a sheet will not give you enough servings -- unless you use *all* of the cake.
Even then you will only yield 54 servings.
I agree w/Indydebi & Tonya....put a cross on a sheet. Otherwise you won't have enough cake.
It would be soooo big you wouldn't have a board big enough for it , nor be able to put it in a box.
