I need to write in red on whipped cream icing. I did it last week and the red bleed all over the cake. Is there anything I can use to write in red that won't bleed on the whipped cream? Piping gel maybe??

I'm thinking what's causing the bleed is the condensation from having to refrigerate the WC frosting.

I don't know for sure, I've never tried it....but maybe red candy melts? I've refrigerated them before, and they don't bleed onto other candy melts....but I've not tried them on whipped cream.
