Edible Image Printer

What would you recommend for edible printer systems. I am looking for a new one and would like some feedback from others experiences. I currently use a cannon printer but continually have problems with lines through my images......is the more expensive way better?

epson!

had two canons and they both died on me after the warranty expired.
i used my printer at least 3 times a day doing sheet cakes when i was in italy.
i guess the canon couldn't handle it. icon_rolleyes.gif

i have a cx3810. #ESET6050-this is the model number for the ink. icon_wink.gif
