I need to know if this is hi ratio shortening or not.. it is labels Super Quick Blend Shortening (made by Wesson) for cakes, pastries, and icing... it says it as QV2 emulsifiers???? I ordered this through the food service agent of the coffee shop owner I do consignment work for. She told him hi ratio and he says it is.. but what does he know, he is the seller It was $43.25 for a 50lb box.... any advice or answers on this one?

anyone ever used this before? I read the forum thanks JANH, just wondering does anyone use this as well.... is it comparable to sweetex and is the price I paid a decent price?
