I was wanting to make the WASC cake for my sons first birthday- I've got a duck "theme" and the Wilton 3-D pan....will the WASC work, or would I need to tweak it some? I've heard lots of horror stories...lol.

Suggestions? Thanks! Very Happy

I've never had problems with the WASC. It's a dense cake and holds up well, so I don't think you would have any problems.

You can definitely use the WASC recipe for the 3D duck. I used the recipe for it not too long ago and it came out great. The only thing I would change is to add a little more batter than what the duck instructions call for. I used what it called for and it wasn't quite enough - not noticable once decorated but I would still add more to make sure it is a full duck.
