Could someone please tell me how to make MMF and what size cake it will cover with the recipe?

I'm trying to be budget friendly but want something that taste better than regular fondant.

My recipe is 1 bag of mini marshmallows and 6 cups of power sugar and 2 tbs of water put the marshmallow in the microwave with the water for about 30 sec. until melted add 5 cups of sugar and knead if need more sugar you can add it until is ready sometimes i put flavor 1 tbs of water and 1 tbs of any flavor when i'm kneadding.
