Parisian Cream Filling?

A customer wants a cake filled with parisian creme like they have at Sam's.Does anyone have a recipe or suggestion since I've never had this type of filling.?

I've never heard of Parisian cream. Do you mean creme patisserie? That's pastry cream in English, and there are literally hundreds of recipes for it on the Net, and I think there might be a few in our Recipe files.

It's other name is Pariser Creme. Maybe that will help.

Which, after reading the recipe you just posted, must be another name for ganache.

I should probably read the links more carefully. Not that there was a lot to read. Duh! Yep, that's good ol ganache.

It is not a ganache. I don't have a recipe but a local company uses a product with that name as a filling. It is more like Bavian Creme.

A woman I work with always refers to Parisian Creme. In this instance she is refering to whipping cream, a bit of icing sugar, and a bit of vanilla.

Everything I look up refers to having chocolate in it. I would go to Sam's and see what it is. They would probably sale you some. They sale their cake products where I live.

Dawn Products makes a Parisian cream sleeve filling. It's very similar to Bavarian cream. Personally, I don't think it tastes very good, but most people love it. I can get it at my local cake supply.

Oh my!!! I had a bride order Parisian Creme filling a couple of years ago. I searched the websites and just came up with a combination. I will have to try to find my recipe and post it.

I believe it is pastry creme which can be either vanilla or chocolate...this is the one I use from allrecipes and it is fantastic...
