Hi everyone:
I am in desperate need for ideas for an Earth Day cake or cupcake.
I will appreciate for any ideas. I know that is short notice in view that tomorrow is Earth Day.

A cake...a round cake could be iced in blue and green to show the earth (continents and such) with a heart (to show we love the earth). Or, flowers, little animals, etc.

Cupcakes: leaves, flowers, or a little sapling growing up. Or, make each cupcake a mini-earth!
