I am having a little trouble understanding Earlenes cake serving chart. When I add up the servings, for example, a 14inch round and 8inch round according to her chart calculates to 80 pieces, however, she has 85 servings listed. Am I not doing this right? Someone please advise.

Yes, I have noticed those discrepancies, too. I go ahead and use the larger number, since her servings are generous anyway.
