How Do I Make Turquoise?

Do you purchase a tub of turquoise coloring or simply mix colors? (if so, which ones do you mix?)

My favorite colors are by Americolor - Sky Blue (which turns into Tiffany blue) or Kopy Kake's paste color - they have a teal which really is turquoise and a little goes a LOooongg way. Good luck.
