hello. does anyone know how to prolong the shelf life of baked goodies?if theres no way to do it, how long does home baked pastries and cakes last in or out the ref?
If you are talking about cakes / cookies - you can freeze these for several weeks. I usually have several undecorated cakes in my freezer (wrapped well in saran wrap with a final cover of freezer paper).
