The most popular (non-wedding): white, chocolate, carrot, almond, red velvet, coconut, lemon, pineapple, raspberry-chocolate marble....

Thank you both, the suggestions are great!! Yeah I just tried making a strawberry cake recently and it was soooo GOOD! I want to try to make chocolate cherry cake next. I've been looking up some recipes on the web but I don't want anything too involved...I'd like something that I can use a box mix with and then add on to it.
Chai is my most popular flavor by far - wedding OR event.
I have yet to sell a white cake or plain chocolate cake.
Vanilla cake with lemon SMBC and raspberry puree is a HUGE hit for me as well as dark chocolate with chocolate mousse.
- Adult: WASC cake with white chocolate mouse and raspberry puree.
- Summer: Strawberry lemonade cake (marbled) with lemon mousse and strawbery puree.

Hands down my Oreo Cookie Monster cake, chocolate chunk fudge cake with Oreo cookie mousse. Nearly every order I get they ask for âthat chocolate cookie cake you made for so and soâs party.â
Second would be my chocolate fudge cake with peanut butter fudge filling. Itâs as close to a peanut butter cup as I can get.
In the summer my lemon blackberry cake with blackberry preserve filling is a big seller.
