I recently purchased a set of these pans, but haven't had a chance to use them yet. I bought the contoured set because I had a Wilton one and loved how the fondant looked.

Anyhoo-- any tips on using these pans? I thought I saw somewhere here that the oven temperature might be different???

Thanks!

Thank you so much! I didn't see why they would react any different.

I have square, a few rounds, and sheet sets. I haven't noticed any difference. I bake at 325 since that seems to be the reccommended temp for even baking, but even so they seem to bake the same to me.

They are a little better in the dishwasher than Wilton it seems (don't be scared if it looks less shiny, they still work fine. And they are nice and hefty. I love mine so far!
