Hi Everyone!

I need some help....I have a lady who wants a cake. She knows she wants cream cheese icing and white cake and wants some sort of filling. She said to just "surprise her" on the filling....which I don't want to do! Anyone have any ideas on this one????

Thanks a bunch!!!

what if you did some type of fruit filling to complement the cream cheese filling? Maybe strawberries or pinapples?

I would do a citrus curd mousse filling. I did this for my parents anniversary with a whipped cream cheese frosting w/ white cake and it was incredible! Makes me think of summer time! icon_smile.gif

I started doing raspberry filling by just heating the raspberyr preserves, man people really like it. It seems to be a pretty popular flavor! GOOD LUCK!

I made a white cake for my son and used a layer of raspberry filling and a layer of mascarpone cheese mixed with whipped cream.

I find it near the deli in the supermarket where they have the specialty cheeses.
