How To Use Cel Molds?

I just ordered some cel shapes from Globalsugarart and they'll be here tomorrow. Yippee!! Does anyone know how to use them?

thanks. just wondering if anyone has tried these? They arrived today and appear to be a big PITA!! Or it's just user error!!
