I know this has probably been asked over and over...What is the best type of cake to use for carved cakes? And does anyone have a yummy recipe for one? TIA

I have carved the White Almond Sour Cream cake, but it was not extreme... Several people have said that the two "durable" cakes in the recipe section work great...

Thank you. Its going to be for a diaper bag so really wont be to much carving. Think ill stick with the wasc since thats the cake they fell in love with. Thank you again =)
