OK, I've never done petit fours ever, but need to make some for August weddings. I want to get a head start on learning how to make these and covering them with fondant. What do you use to cut them out evenly and how do you cover these small things with fondant smoothly? Thanks guys!
I want to try to it out asap! Oh, can you fill them?
