I have someone requesting a cake in the shape of a cyclone. Is it possible to make an upside down tiered cake and if so does anyone have directions on how to make it? Thank you so much!!!!
It's possible. I've seen photos. I've never done it myself and the only thing I could guess is that you have be absolutely precise as to placing the tiers dead on center from the bottom to the top to keep the cake totally balanced.
Hopefully someone else with experience doing this will see your post and answer better than me. But, like I said, I have seen photos and they're kind of weird looking.
