I had the same thought...I was wondering if maybe with all of the site upgrades and the database crash that Jackie and Heath just haven't had time to spotlight someone new.
Yesterday I played this same thought in my head. Does this mean that I owe you money or something? 
What does it mean to spotlight a member?

Basically a member is picked out (I think it's done by the number of votes the member has received. After you've been here for so long or have made so many posts, or some type of criteria like that, you'll see a 'nominate me' button under your signature) and given some time in the 'spotlight'. They write up a little blurb about themselves and share it with the rest of us. It's a cool idea.
If you want to you can click on the spotlight tab at the top of the page and can view previously spotlighted members.
The previous spotlighted members can be found by clicking on the "spotlight" tab at the top of the screen (but under "We Ship World Wide!)
