I make cakes and love doing it and have my pricing list down... But....... I have a request for a peti four cake for 200 people..YIKES!!

So how much should I charge for each one??

They want simple green with their initials on them if that helps..

What do you mean by petite four cake? Do you have to set them up on a cake stand? I charge $25/dozen, 3 dozen minimum for petite fours, no delivery or setup.

The price will depend on the size of the petite four and, in my opinion, what type of cake is inside. Mine are 1.5 inches square and made from almond frangipan.

As with everything, price will also depend on what others in your area are charging. Maybe call a few bakeries in the area and see what they charge.

Also, I would charge extra if you have to deliver and set up.
