Anyone know how many cups of batter WBH chocolate buttercake recipe makes? It says to grease 2- 10x3 pans, but you're not filling one completely, so it's throwing me off on how to calculate it. If both pans were full it would be 16c batter. I want to try this recipe out for a wedding/bridal shower but need to know how to adjust the recipe accordingly. Thanks!

It makes about 9 cups. I've used this to fill 2 8X2 pans and it makes beautiful 2 inch layers. I used it in a 9X2 pan, and the layers are a little shorter than full. Hope that helps!
