I'm going to be making a cake for a wedding shower this week-end. The colors for it are going to be cream and chocolate. I want to do chocolate scroll-work on the cake. Do I 1. Use melted chocolate, and if so, do I mix anything into the melted chocolate or 2. do I use chocolate icing? I've never done this, so I'm not sure how.

well I am not an expert but whenever I've done scroll work in chocolate I've always used a chocolate buttercream.
