I made two cakes for my kids' "Pirate and Princess" party and was running soo late. My cakes rarely live up to my expectation and I since this was my first attempt with a new filling and MMF (fondant in general really) I was worried.
After working ALL Day on them I looked at them setting next to one another and started crying. Not only did they meet my expectations but they exceeded it. I have to brag!!!
