I finally got the instructions written out (took me 2 hours!) . I wasnt sure how to post it here so if you want a copy email me and I would be happy to send it. Its quite long. Be sure to specify which format you would like it (word, works.)

Hi,
I would LOVE the instructions for the cake. You did an awesome job. I work for a heavy truck dealership, so that would be a great cake to make for our social functions.

I used these instructions for the one I made.

I made my wheels out of fondant. On my airplane cake I used mini Ritz peanut butter crackers covered in fondant with silver beads for the wheels.

Could you see about posting your semi tutorial on the tutorial section - I would like the directions, too and I'm sure there are a lot of cc'ers that will want them.
